Here are some examples of things that AREN’T workplace bullying:

Genuine and reasonable work instructions

Informing a worker about poor work performance

Rostering working hours reasonably.

Transferring a worker for genuine operational reasons

Informing a worker about inappropriate behaviour

Making organisational changes with consultation

Reasonable grievances, and

Justified termination of employment
